Appointments NEED to be automated. There. I said it.

In the business world, scheduling important meetings and appointments can very easily become a full-time job in itself. By putting automation software to work for you the manual effort in this area can quickly disappear. Automation software can easily be used to keep track of your schedule, book appointments, and provide reminders of upcoming meetings and events. Taking all the guesswork out of organizing your availability and leaving you with one less thing in your day to worry about.

Here are some things to consider if you want to Automate Appointments in your business.

Automate Appointments and Scheduling

One of the easiest ways to make automation work for you in regards to appointments is to use an application, such as ScheduleOnce. These apps allow you to integrate your schedule with automation software. Gone are the days of comparing calendars and exchanging phone calls and emails in order to check both parties availability. By using an automated application, customers can automatically add themselves to your schedule. These apps allow customers to book their own appointment time by displaying all available slots in your schedule. By booking an appointment time, customer information is simultaneously logged, and a confirmation email is sent to both parties.

Send Emails Before and After the Appointment

When a customer, or you, miss an appointment it equals a missed opportunity for revenue for your business. But, there is simply not enough time in the day to contact every customer about their upcoming appointment. Through the use of automation, you are able to rely on the software to do the remembering for you when it comes to sending a scheduled email to your customers. This email can be sequenced based on the confirmation requirements for your particular business. And can contain a reminder of the upcoming appointment, contact information, as well as the company cancellation policy.

To save you, even more, time, automation software allows you to collect information from customers via a web form. Prior to the in-person appointment, customers can be asked to complete the form online, cutting out any need to collect the information in person. The sequence can then be continued to automatically trigger an email be sent out to the customer in the days following the meeting, showing the customer that you are still interested in their business.
